What do we Do?

Our Vision

This is a place where those who are close to Christ and those who are far from Christ can come together in a safe, loving, and caring environment to have fun, while being introduced to and experiencing Christ in a non-threatening, relevant, and interesting way.

How do we accomplish this vision?

Through what I call the "Four Encounters!"

  1. Christ & the Word Encounter: This is where we learn about Christ & the Bible and how it affects our lives. We do this through interactive teaching, small & large group discussion, object lessons, audio/visuals, illustrations, videos, memory verse, activities, and more.
  1. Relationships Encounter: This gives the opportunity for students to connect with each other and leaders relationally so that God can work through that aspect in their lives. We do this with hang-out time, games, “get to know you activities”, small group time, praying for each other, social events, and more.
  1. World Encounter: What is this encounter mean? It is striving to be the Hands & Feet of Christ and serve those around us through various projects like making our own service projects such as supporting a family for Christmas, soup kitchens, and cleaning up our community. But it also involves serving alongside other True Life & local community service projects.
  1. LIFE Encounter: Enjoying life together beyond youth group & church by doing large group social events, group outings, game nights, parties, movie nights, mini-golf, sports and more!

Hands & Feet Projects

God calls the church to be the hands & feet of Christ, to continue His work here on earth and impact people for Jesus. So the youth will be partnering alongside True Life Church and the community to do various service projects to show love to the community and be the hands & feet of Christ.
